International toll free numbers are usually pointed to existing phone lines across the world making you look local. We have recently added additional functionality to all our numbers which gives you greater flexibility with how you manage your international numbers. Below is a list of our additional services which are all available to purchase as a feature on the international toll free numbers:

Call Divert on Busy +£2.99/month

If we route your international toll free number to a landline and you are on the phone we can set the service up to automatically diver the inbound call to an alternative number (this can be a mobile, alternative landline or international location). You can select up to 5 alternative numbers for the international toll free number to divert to.

Time of Day Routing +£4.99/month

Select the times that you are open so that we can route calls to your International Toll Free Number. During the times that you are closed we will record an out of hour’s message for you in your brand so that your customers can leave a voice mail (the voice mail will be recorded on our servers and emailed to you as a wav file as soon as the call ends).

Voicemail +£1.99/month

If you are busy on the phone or out of the office and would like us to record your voicemails for you then this service is ideal. You can personalise your voicemail greeting and when people leave you messages we will email you the message as a wav file so that you can listen to it through your computer. We will also email you if a customer has called you and not left a message (providing they are not withholding their phone number we will email you with a missed call alert).

Auto Attendant (IVR) +£19.99/month

“Please press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, 3 for Service” This is where we build you a fully automated attendant which routes calls to the correct department. We will require a script from you to build this service and we will call you to take you through the establishment of this service.

Call Announcer +£2.99/month

When someone calls you international toll free number we will play you a message when you pick up the phone 'this is a call from your Toll free number in Spain'. This allows you to answer the call in a particular language or format. The announcement can be anything but you will need to let us know what you want to hear as we record each one manually. The person calling you will not hear the message - they will only hear the phone ringing.
