Fax to Email - additional £2.99 per month rental.
If you want to advertise an International Tol Free Number as a fax number, we can receive the faxes on our servers, convert them to a PDF and forward them automatically as an email.
Call Anouncement - additional £2.99 per month rental.
When you answer your International Toll Free Number we will play a recorded message to you as you lift the receiver. The recorded message can be anything you wish enabling you to know that the call is from another country.
Virtual Receptionist - additional £49.99 per month rental.
We can answer your calls in your brand and forward the messages to you by email and SMS. You can use this as an overflow service so that if all your staff are on the phone we can take the calls in your name.
Call Recording - additional £9.99 per month rental.
Record all your calls that come in on your international toll free number. The recording of the call will be emailed to you as a wav file so that you can listen to it on your computer.
IVR (Auto Attendant) - additional £9.99 per month rental.
If you want to route calls to certain departments we can set up an IVR i.e Press 1 for Sales, 2 for accounts. You can have as many options as you wish and we record the options professionally.
Call Queuing - additional £4.99 per month rental.
If you are expecting a high colume of calls to your international toll free number and don't want the caller to get the engaged tone then we can queue the calls for you. We can queue up to 50 perople at any one time, play music while they wait (a selection) and play a position message that highlights where they are in the queue.
Divert calls when busy - additional £2.99 per month rental.
If you are engaged on the phone and you receive another call we can automatically divert the international toll free number to another available line.
