Are the toll free numbers supplied real or are they VOIP?

All our international toll free numbers are supplied by the carrier in each country and are routed using traditional methods. We do not use VOIP services at all when it comes to our toll free numbers.

What is the minimum term and notice period for your toll free numbers?

The minimum term for a number is just 30 days and the notice period for you to cancel is again 30 days.

How long does it take to set numbers up?

This answer depends on the country you are looking to take service in. Most of the major countries have a lead time of 30 days (we carry stock of these so we can release numbers straight away). Some countries like the UAE can take 90 days to release a number. Please check on the specific country page for more detail on lead times.

Can I receive calls from my toll free number on my mobile.

Yes you can but this will be expensive as we have to route the call from the country and then out again to your mobile phone. The best way to route a call is to a landline.

You are a UK business but can you trade internationally?

Yes. We have hundreds of international customers across the world who we route calls for.

I would like to re sell your services is this possible?

It is possible providing you have your own billing system to onward bill. If you don’t have one of these then you can earn commission as a dealer if you want to pass us leads?

What are your opening times for customer service?

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is UK time.

What do the invoices look like?

. We send you a bill that covers all the costs and then fully itemises ever call that you receive. We also provide you with graphs that show you when your busy periods are.
